My Story
I’m a dedicated mom of eight children and a passionate early childhood educator with over 34 years of experience as a childcare provider and preschool teacher. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of presenting at early childhood conferences, where I’ve shared my expertise on topics ranging from circle time and STEM, to time management and fostering positive thinking in young learners.
My journey into curriculum creation began after several years of searching for the right materials that truly captured the breadth of what I wanted to teach. I realized that in order to inspire young minds, learning needed to be both engaging and fun. Drawing from my own childhood love of games and interactive experiences, I design each themed unit with the goal of making every lesson exciting and memorable.
Educational Philosophy
I believe that early childhood education is the foundation upon which a child's love for learning is built. My approach focuses on fostering curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. I strive to create an environment where children feel safe to explore, experiment, and make mistakes—because that’s where the most valuable learning happens. I incorporate hands-on activities, real-world connections, and a blend of structured and unstructured play to ensure that each child’s individual needs and strengths are met. Above all, my goal is to make learning an enjoyable and meaningful experience that encourages lifelong curiosity and growth.
I hope your children find as much joy in learning as mine do every day!
